It is a strategic role, with the mission to take the studio forward, operationally and creatively, to shape the next chapter of its growth.The position of studio director is to oversee the effective running of the studio with and on behalf of the principal. The role requires practical studio management, human skills and creative energy in equal measure, with the aim of facilitating communication between the principal and the studio.
